From a 2015 vintage combining maturity and balance, this extra-brut reveals a cuvée of remarkable aromatic breadth. Its low dosage perfectly highlights the richness of the vintage, the expression of the terroir and the finesse of its ageing.
The nose presents aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as mirabelle and peach, enhanced by notes of candied citrus, fresh hazelnut and a subtle hint of brioche.
The attack is generous, carried by a dense texture. The low dosage gives it a beautiful minerality and clear tension, while aromas of dried fruits, toasted bread and fleshy fruits come to the fore.
