The prestigious Guide Hachette des Vins has awarded our Brut Reserve two well-deserved stars and, most importantly, a “Coup de Coeur” designation, which ranks our champagne among the best in the guide.

“Aged for 4 years in the cellar, it is a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay. The golden-hued wine is streaked with fine bubbles. Complex, rich, and delicate, the nose blends candied fruit, pear, and plum infused with brandy. This evolved character is reflected in a full-bodied, powerful, and persistent palate with a well-balanced and seamlessly integrated dosage. This superbly crafted Brut is perfect as an aperitif or with a meal, particularly white meat.”
